My Personal Venus Factor Review

I’ve been following the program for about 5 months now and when I started out, I was 195 pounds at 5’3. So needless to say, I was pretty overweight.
I try to get to the gym and follow the workouts 3-4 times per week for only 30-45 minutes each time. The workouts are short, but intense and don’t require any boring cardio.
