Now add a couple of chopped tomatoes and a 15 ounce can of black beans and a 1.4 ounce can of diced green chilli peppers. When this comes to a boil, cover and simmer for just five minutes. Add some fresh cilantro if you have it and salt and pepper. This soup is delicious and is guaranteed to make you feel full. The beans will not give your blood a spike and you will enjoy this healthy soup.
Another favorite is Pumpkin soup: Here you can start off sautéing two slices of chopped bacon and one chopped onion.
