You can probably find several reviews of this program on the internet. I know I am not the only person doing this type of thing. However, I also know, that many of the other reviews, are done by people who haven’t gone to the trouble of purchasing this program, yet alone using it. I have bought it. I am going to use it. How can you really review a program, if you don’t buy it and use it? I bought and downloaded it today and have skimmed over it briefly. That’s the first thing I liked about it, immediate delivery. I have bought stuff over the internet before, and by the time it arrived by mail, I had forgotten I had bought it.
It seems to be targeted to individuals who want to build muscle and have a hard time doing so.
Hardgainers is the term used to describe us. I say us for I am the epitome of a hardgainer. Please indulge me to tell you a story about me. When I was a sophomore in high school, I played football and lettered that year, believe it or not, as a 145 lb. CENTER. After the season was over, the head coach and the line coach took me aside and told me they wanted me to bulk up in the off season. I started lifting weights, eating mass quantities of peanut butter sandwiches, eggs, cottage cheese and anything else that was high in protein. I just about ate my parents into bankruptcy. I drank at least a gallon of milk per day, and by the end of the school year, I was up to one hundred and seventy five pounds. I was so proud of my accomplishment. The head coach would try to find his players summer jobs and he came to me on the last day of school and asked me if I wanted a job hauling hay. Any of you who have hauled hay probably know where this is going. I said yes I would do it and in a matter of 2 weeks lost 25 of the 30 pounds I had gained. I ended up gaining 5 pounds back but still very small for a center.
Now perhaps, had the internet been invented back in 1973, I could’ve bought Muscle Gaining Secrets 2.0 and been able to build muscle mass the right way. Who knows, I may have gotten a football scholarship, been drafted and had a successful NFL career.
I don’t know yet if my purchase of Muscle Gaining Secrets 2.0, is a good investment or not. I will tell you it seems like you get a ton of information with your purchase. I wish I had been able to buy this comprehensive guide back when I was trying to gain weight and muscle mass in high school. Perhaps I wouldn’t have gotten beaten up so bad in football playing center on the offensive line (see earlier post). Basically, I would say that this program would benefit the people who look in the mirror and don’t like what their bodies look like. Skinny guys who don’t want to take their shirts off in summer would benefit greatly, as well as athletes. Perhaps you play football and need to bulk up. Or say you play baseball or softball and want to hit for more power; this program would surely help you also.
Pros And Cons of Muscle Gaining Secrets 2.0
As far as the pros go, I was impressed with the quantity as well as the quality of information included in this program. It spells out for you, concisely and comprehensively everything you need to do to add muscle mass quickly. Pick your level, pick your workout and your meal plans, start training and watch the muscles start growing.
The cons as I see them are as follows:
- Would like a hard copy book. This is fixable though. What I am going to do is print out the sections I want so I don’t have to carry my computer to the gym.
- Price seemed kind of high. I guess this really isn’t a con, because when I realized how much information came with it, the price didn’t really seem that much.
The Bottom Line
Although Muscle Gaining Secrets 2.0 will help you gain muscle mass quickly, anyone looking for an overnight transformation or magic bullet pills, should probably look elsewhere.
On the other hand, anyone who is ready and willing to put in some work and make some changes to their diets and exercise routines, will find Muscle Gaining Secrets 2.0 one of the best investments they have ever made.
