If you are trying to lose weight in a week, I have got one thing to tell you: stop. It can be extremely dangerous for your health. That being said, I fear that no matter what I say, I cannot stop you from trying to lose weight in a week – so I will explain how it can be done.

The only time you would use such a method is if you have an upcoming social event that you need to lose weight for; if you are trying to lose weight for a longer period of time – this is the wrong way to do it. It is impossible for you to burn fat in such a short amount of time, however, you can lose around 10-15 pounds of water weight in a week. There are two basic things that you need to do – the first is that you need to start exercising like crazy, to point that you work up a sweat.
